BREATHWORK
Breathwork refers to various techniques that involve consciously controlling and regulating breathing patterns to regulate the nervous system to keep you in balance. Breathwork simply uses your breath to make a positive change to the way you think and feel.
Breathing consciously can release anxiety, stress, and tension, and shift stuck emotions that create heaviness and overwhelm in the body.
Think of it as a workout for your nervous system, bringing your body, mind and soul back into balance.
