Welcome to "The Path to Cold Exposure"

Embark on a transformative six-week journey that connects you deeply to your body, mind, and spirit. "The Path to Cold Exposure" is designed to guide you through powerful practices that unlock your inner resilience and strength. Through intentional breathwork, mindful movement, and the power of cold, you’ll push past your comfort zone and discover new levels of focus, clarity, and balance. By the end of this course, you'll have the mindset to embrace the cold with confidence and use it as a tool for lasting empowerment.

Course Overview

Over the course of six weeks, each lesson builds upon the previous one, guiding you to harness the power of your breath to shift from your structured mind into your body. We’ll blend movement science, traditional yoga, and breath regulation to help you master your nervous system and unlock personal growth. Bring a personal goal or challenge to the course, and by the end, you’ll feel empowered and ready to face the ice bath with focus, clarity, and presence. With the tools and techniques you’ve learned, you’ll be prepared to master the cold—and any future challenges that come your way.

 

  • START DATE: Thursday, September, 20th to Thursday, October 31st –– no class Oct. 3rd.
  • TIME: 9:30 - 11:00
  • PRICE: €159 for 6 weeks
  • WHO is this for: Anyone who is in good health and willing to transform
  • LOCATION: Neues Tanzen, Josef-Jägerhuber 7, Starnberg 

 

COME PREPARED FOR CLASS

  • Bring your own mat, strap, and blanket if you have one OR you can use the mats from the studio although there is a limited supply.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to check in, change, relax and set up your practice space
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during and after class
  • Bring a water bottle, warm socks and a sweatshirt for relaxation (savasana)
  • We will go over all that is required to bring for the last class in the weeks following up
  • Please refrain from wearing fragrances
  • Refrain from eating anything heavy at least 2 hours before class

Each Week we will be Practicing:

  • Breathwork Basics & Conscious Breathing
    - Explore various breath techniques to enhance relaxation, focus, and energy.
    - Understand the relationship between breath and nervous system regulation.
    - Begin integrating breathwork into movement and cold exposure practices.
  • Regulating the Nervous System
    - Deepen your practice with advanced nervous system regulation techniques.
    - Use breathwork and movement to develop calm, resilience, and mental clarity.
    - Begin tackling mental barriers and challenges unique to your personal goal.
  • Movement Science & Yoga Integration
    - Practice yoga flows to enhance strength, stability, and mobility.
    - Apply movement science principles to optimize physical performance.
    - Focus on mindful movement to cultivate body awareness and presence.
  • Skill Development & Drills
    - Hone specific skills and drills connected to building inner strength and grit.
    - Continue integrating breathwork, movement science, and yoga practices to develop greater body awareness
    - Engage in group support, sharing progress and challenges.
  • Mastery & Integration
    - Demonstrate mastery of your personal goal and cold exposure techniques.
    - Finalize the practices that resonate most with you.
    - Develop a personalized plan to incorporate cold exposure and learned skills into daily life.
