Activated Asana Yoga
"Rooted in the latest movement science, this 'Activated Asana' practice is designed to enhance stability, strength, and mobility for long-term health and vitality. Through 'Skillful Movements,' you'll pave the way for 'High-Performance Aging.' This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis."
Soma Breath Session
The Soma Breathwork Journey is built around scientifically backed pranayama (controlled breathing) techniques - combining intention setting, brainwave music, rhythmic breathing & breath holds, guided meditation, visualization, and positive affirmations. I will guide you into deep and coherent meditative states resulting in greater resilience to stress, greater emotional balance, greater healing capacity, and increased energy, stamina, focus, and creativity.
Cold Exposure Experience
Preparing both the body and mind is essential for safely practicing cold exposure. Physically, cold exposure can boost circulation, reduce inflammation, and strengthen the immune system. Mentally, it sharpens focus, builds resilience, and helps you manage stress. As a certified Wim Hof Method Facilitator, I will guide you into the water, helping you stay calm and present, so you can fully experience the powerful benefits of cold exposure in a safe and supportive environment.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is suitable for everyone but does require a basic level of good health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional. You will be asked to fill out a Health declaration before the event. We advise you to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.

WHAT TO BRING:

Bring a Yoga Mat, blanket, swimwear, flip-flops, towel, or dry robe, wear layers, a water bottle, a notebook if you like to journal and your waiver if you didn't forward per email.
- If you don't have a yoga mat, no need to worry, there are some in the studio for you to use

This workshop will take place in the beautiful renovated AMBIANCE SPORTS & SPA Fitness Studio in the large bright yoga studio & on the outdoor rooftop deck.
There is plenty of parking in the underground garage which is free of charge (up to four hours). Upon arrival, go to the reception where you will get further instructions on where to go.

This is my story in short...
One of my highest priorities is living a healthy lifestyle; moving my body (yoga, biking, hiking, skiing, climbing, swimming) by being in nature, getting creative in my kitchen with crazy but healthy recipes, swimming in my lake year-round, and being with high vibe people. But most importantly living an authentic life and keeping it SIMPLE!
Hello there, I’m Wendy and I am passionate about living the highest quality and most vibrant life possible. To wake up daily feeling happy, healthy, and strong is my number one focus, and I want to help you feel and do the same. My intention is to inspire you to move your body, show you the power of your breath (your life force), and to get you out of your head and start to feel more into your body, and to show you the power and potential that is within each one of us. It is truly magic! And exactly this is what the Activated Asana Yoga, Soma Breath and the Wim Hof Method showed me. Health, healing, and longevity are all possible and I can confidently say that these methods can take you there, as it did me. These 3 practices plus mindset, were the most valuable tools for my transformation from disease to wellness. And I would be honoured to share with you how to find comfort in the discomfort when joining me on the journey to "UNLEASH your VITALITY."
My Journey… I was sent on a new journey in the spring of 2021, when I was diagnosed with breast cancer as I personally witnessed moving from illness to well-being. Through my own experience of inner healing, I took my health and wellness into my own hands and trusted my intuition, taking an alternative route to healing myself as I believe this is our nature and our bodies are capable of miraculous things. With a daily breathwork practice, movement practice and inspired by Wim’s dedication and mission to his cold water exposure, I went into my lake every single day from Sept. through May for the past 3 years. After 6 months of my diagnosis, my markers (blood work) improved, and my inflammation and pain were significantly reduced. Today, 3 years later there are no signs of cancer. I feel strong, energized, and more resilient than ever after taking 100% responsibility for my health. Balancing self-care, simple living, moving my body, and doing my daily breath and cold exposure practices are my secret weapons when it comes to living a vibrant and longevity lifestyle.
Building a community of health-determined people who are inspired to learn and grow and are interested in living a long, healthy, and happy life is a passion of mine.
As a Wim Hof Method instructor, certified activated asana yoga teacher, integrative breathwork therapist, Soma Breath facilitator and holistic health & wellness coach, I am so excited to meet you and show you, using the tools of yoga, breath, mindset, and cold; the power and potential and inner wisdom that is deep within you.
