I am so excited to share my passion for yoga, breathwork, and wellness with you. From my own personal healing journey, I truly believe that with the right tools, we can restore and transform ourselves and feel vibrant & strong as we age.
As a practitioner & teacher of yoga for over 20 years and a student & facilitator of breathwork for 7 years, these modalities have been my go-to practices, as they have changed the way I live my life and have proven to be evolving and transformational tools for my growth. I invite you to join us in this weekend's experience of deeper connection and awareness through breath, movement and so much more.

Mein Yogaunterricht zeichnet sich durch die langjährige Erfahrung als Yogapraktiziernde und Yogalehrerin und meiner intensiven Auseinandersetzung mit der Heilkraft des Atems aus.
Mit der zusätzlichen Ausbildung in Breathwork (concious connected breathing) habe ich erfahren dürfen, was es heißt, voll ins Leben einzutauchen und mich zu spüren mit ALLEM was da ist, das macht das Leben so gehaltvoll, lebendig und liebenswert. Jede Session läßt mich selbst immer mehr mein Sein in der Tiefe erfahren, meine Widerstände und Muster erkennen, um sie dann liebevoll anzunehmen und zu transformieren. Die Kombination aus Yoga und Breathwork ist für mich zur Quelle von persönlichem Wachstum und Entwicklung geworden.
Ich liebe es, mit dieser Arbeit andere in ihrem Wachstumsprozess zu unterstützen.
